Noises Keep Me Awake

i fucking hate it when there are unnecessary noises and shit while i am trying to go to sleep. do i play music loudly when everyone tries to go to sleep? no. do i talk on the phone, keepinh everyone awake for hours and hours? no. should i from now on, considering that i have insomnia, making me tolerable to long amounts of no sleep? i think fucking so. i am so pissed off right now its not even funny. man i feel like i need a cigarette or something to calm me down. fuck. also, the thing that was bothering me before, the "i have a secret", at least the first part of it, has gone away, making me not care about things. the part of the secret that was discussed in certain car rides, however, is still in full effect.
also, listening to mars volta's ScabDates makes me want to break shit with a baseball bat, mainly omar rodrigues' face. the pretentious, "what wierd sounds i'm making" shit is just annoying. its not groundbreaking if avant-garde/psychadelic bands in the 60s like pink floyd, capt beefheart, and various and sundry english mod bands did it, its just being a goddamn copycat, too unoriginal to try something that doesnt make me wanna hit you with a blunt object. props to the drummer for them tho, also bass player.
